GENERAL ENTRY GUIDELINES     All entries must be submitted to Silent Gallery through its web site. Please keep the explanation of your idea brief. A maximum of 4 sentences is preferred.     An artist may submit more than one entry.     Entries in any and all media are acceptable.     Artists from any country may submit an entry.     One United States of America Federal Reserve Note in the amount of $10 will be mailed to each of the 10 recipients.     Entries must be submitted by November 11, 2001. A one day extension will be given to artists who have a really good excuse (see, we really do care).     The list of recipients of the Second Art Fund and a description of their ideas will be posted on the Silent Gallery on November 18, 2001. Recipients are encouraged, but not required to document their work and send it to Silent Gallery in order to share their work with others.
