WHEELS   1. Only the black plastic of the wheels can make contact with the surface of the track.         BODY   1. No part of the car’s body or extension of the car’s body (excluding wheels) shall touch the track or any other cars during the race.     PEFORMANCE   1. A car’s performance cannot be manually controlled or determined during the race by any devices other than the natural elements of its surroundings.   2. Each car will be placed on the starting line by its owner or representative (optional).           INSPECTION   1. The inspections will determine if each car has complied with the above Rules and Regulations.   2. Each car must pass the inspection before given authorization to race.   3. After your car has passed inspection, no adjustments can be made until after the race.   4. After each race, you may make any necessary changes to your car. It must pass inspection again before the next race.
